Windows Download File Issue
When using Internet Explorer, users may receive a message when attempting to download files that states, "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options." If this occurs, follow the steps below, re-add the necessary files to your checkout basket and attempt to download the files again.1. From the Internet Explorer toolbar, select the Tools menu item, then Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab from the Internet Options pop-up window.
3. Select Trusted Sites.
4. Select the Sites button.
5. Enter http://scottsadplanner.com in the text box and click the Add button.
6. Select OK.
